    Features

Hailing from the lush tropics of Indonesia is this unusual aroid–Apoballis acuminatissima 'Opulence'. This rare gem features silky smooth, sword-shaped leaves, adorned with opulent silvery patterning. One of nature's masterpieces! Stems and leaf undersides are a contrasting, regal shade of burgundy, making it clear why this plant is sometimes referred to as "Red Sword". The true luxury of ‘Opulence’, however, lies not just in its artful appearance, but in how easy it is to care for!

    • Feed once per month at half strength when plant is actively growing.
    • This plant prefers bright or bright indirect light.  It does not want to be in direct sun all day, but an eastern or western facing window would work well indoors.
    • Water when the top inch or two of the soil is dry. Use a well-draining potting mix.
    • It tolerates a range of humidity levels, but prefers 40% or more.
