Job Summary

Support the Proven Winners marketing team through data analysis, performance reporting, and project coordination. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that measure marketing program, campaign, and channel performance, and turn that data into clear, actionable summaries for marketing and sales leadership. Keep the team's projects, calendars, and deliverables organized and on schedule by coordinating timelines, tracking action items, and supporting the program brief and post-program review process from kickoff through final measurement, leading to real and measurable ROI.

Essential Functions

  1. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track marketing performance across email, web, eCommerce, social media, and paid advertising channels.
  2. Analyze campaign and program results against established goals; identify trends, surface issues early, and recommend adjustments based on the data.
  3. Support the marketing program lifecycle by compiling baseline data for program briefs, tracking success metrics during execution (including estimated ROMI), and preparing post-program performance reviews.
  4. Maintain the integrated marketing calendar, tracking program timelines, owners, deadlines, and deliverables across the team.
  5. Coordinate marketing projects across internal teams and external agency partners; schedule meetings, document decisions, track action items, and follow up to keep work moving.
  6. Collect and organize performance reporting from content creators, influencers, and channel partners; maintain standardized reporting templates and ensure timely submission.
  7. Support marketing budget tracking, including logging invoices, monitoring spend against budget, and flagging variances.
  8. Prepare data summaries, charts, and presentation materials for leadership reviews, sales meetings, and planning sessions.
  9. Stay current on marketing analytics tools, measurement practices, and reporting capabilities through formal training and self-directed learning.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and charts, and the ability to new analytics tools quickly.
  • Ability to translate data into clear summaries, visuals, and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and clear in meetings, email, and documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, eCommerce, and external agency partners.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and accountable; comfortable managing independent workload with limited supervision.
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, email marketing tools, or social media reporting preferred but not required; training provided for candidates with strong analytical aptitude.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, analytics, reporting, or project coordination preferred; recent graduates with strong analytical aptitude will be considered.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo or similar email platforms, Power BI, or project management tools such as Monday.com preferred.
  • Horticulture, consumer brand, or agency experience a plus but not required.

Benefits and Compensation

This range reflects the expected compensation for candidates who meet the listed qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

Hourly wage: $24.00 – $31.25 per hour.
